How to request deletion
- From the app — open Settings, choose Account, then Delete Account, and confirm. This is the fastest route.
- By email — write to support@anchorintentions.com from the address tied to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
- Confirmation — we process verified requests within 7 days and email you when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following are removed from our systems:
- Your account and authentication credentials
- Every intention you've written and every anchor you've forged
- Your thread strength, session history, and all practice data
- Personal data associated with your account
Active subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing — cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play separately to avoid further charges.
