Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026. This policy explains what Anchor collects, why, and the control you have over it.

Our principle

Anchor is a local-first practice. Your intentions and the anchors you forge are yours. We collect the minimum needed to run the service, and we never sell personal data.

What we collect

  • Account information — email address and authentication credentials, used to create your account and sync across devices.
  • Your content — the intentions you write, the anchors you forge, and your session history. Stored to provide the service and restore your practice if you reinstall.
  • Usage & diagnostics — anonymized crash and performance data (via Sentry) to keep the app stable.
  • Subscription status — managed through Apple or Google and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.

How we use it

To operate and improve Anchor: authenticating you, syncing your anchors, running priming sessions, and diagnosing problems. We do not use your intentions for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers — Supabase (authentication and database), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and Sentry (crash reporting). Each processes data only as needed to deliver their function. Anchor generation uses an AI image service that receives the structural seed derived from your words, not your account identity.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the account deletion page.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email support@anchorintentions.com.
