Who We Are

Anchor ("Anchor," "we," "us," or "our") is a cognitive priming utility developed and operated by its sole founder. The app is available on iOS and Android and accessible at anchorintentions.com. These Terms govern your use of the Anchor mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Anchor. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@anchorintentions.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

Subscriptions & Billing

Anchor offers the following access tiers:

• Free Trial — 7 days of full access, no credit card required.
• Monthly — $7.99 per month, billed monthly.
• Annual — $59.99 per year, billed annually.
• Lifetime — $149 one-time payment, available during the launch window only.

All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the platform through which you purchased. We do not handle payment information directly.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, depending on where your purchase was made. Anchor does not issue direct refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please submit a request through the App Store or Google Play. Contact us at support@anchorintentions.com if you need assistance navigating the process.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Anchor to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms without prior notice.

Your Content

Any intentions, text, or other content you submit within Anchor ("User Content") remains yours. You grant Anchor a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell, share, or use your intentions or anchors for advertising or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials comprising the Anchor app and website — excluding User Content — are the property of Anchor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Anchor name, logo, and "Industrial Magic" positioning are proprietary marks of the Service.

Disclaimers

Anchor is a productivity and focus utility. It is not a medical device, mental health treatment, or therapeutic tool. Nothing in the app constitutes medical, psychological, or clinical advice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Anchor in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

Anchor integrates with third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat (subscription management), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

Termination

You may stop using Anchor at any time and request account deletion via our account deletion page or by contacting support. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the app or via email where possible. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kansas.
